
Zhujiajiao pan fried
The fried Mantou in Zhujiajiao, also known as fried Mantou by the local people, should be a delicious fried Mantou, wrapped and fried now, with the pleats facing up, thin skin and many fillings, and rich soup. There are two methods, one is to add boiling water and stew until cooked, and the other is to fry everything in oil, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds after boiling. Local people in Zhujiajiao usually go to eat some pan fried noodles and noodles in the morning (stir fried with scallion oil, locally called dry picking).
